How to book your holiday rental in Provence

  1. Complete the online contact form or contact us by phone. At this stage, feel free to let us know your needs for additional services such as housekeeping, babysitting, a private chef, car rental, etc.
  2. We will send you a rental agreement by email. To confirm the booking, it must be completed, signed, and returned by email within one week. After this period, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
  3. Once the rental agreement has been countersigned by the property owner, you will pay a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total rental amount, payable to the property owner by bank transfer.
  4. The balance of the rental amount (between 50% and 70%) must be paid to the property owner no later than one month before your arrival date.

Mandatory Holiday Liability Insurance

The tenant is required to take out insurance with an insurance company, or to request an extension of their primary home insurance policy, known as a “holiday insurance certificate”, covering the risks of fire, glass breakage and water damage, and more generally all rental risks, including the furniture provided with the rental, as well as liability towards neighbours.

Tenants whose primary home insurance does not cover their holiday accommodation may contact our insurance partner to obtain this coverage.

Coverage includes :

Cancellation for “all justified reasons” : In the event of a sudden, unforeseeable occurrence beyond your control, you will be covered for non-refundable costs remaining at your expense, up to €25,000 per rental.

Holiday Liability Insurance :

For any accidental damage caused by fire or water damage to the movable and immovable property of the owner and tenants. You will be reimbursed for unused land-based services (accommodation, sports lessons, sports equipment rental, etc.) in the event of repatriation or early return, on a pro rata basis, up to €25,000.

Trip interruption :

You will be reimbursed for unused land-based services (accommodation, sports lessons, sports equipment rental, etc.) in the event of repatriation or early return, on a pro rata basis, up to €25,000.

Forgotten items in the rental property :

We reimburse up to €150 in shipping costs in the event that personal items are forgotten in your rental property.

Key replacement :

In the event of loss or theft of the rental property keys, the costs of key replacement will be reimbursed.
